CUPLOCK SYSTEMS

In order to keep pace with the variegated demands of the clients, we are engaged in exporting an excellent gamut of Cuplock Scaffolding System. This type of cuplock systems permits up to four horizontals to be connected in vertical manner in one single action without using bolts and nuts. The locking devices are quite versatile and are formed with two cups, the upper cup is sliding, and the lower cup is welded to the vertical component at pre-located intervals. The upper cup is lowered down and revolved to secure the components in place and then a hemmer blow result in a rigid and positive connection, the forged blade ends of the horizontal components are located into the lower cup.

The Standard/Vertical Cuplock is the integral part of the cuplock system and is used in the installation of a scaffolding structure. These cuplocks are manufactured using graded mild steel and possess excellent load bearing strength. Besides from standard sizes, this cuplock is also designed in other customized sizes according to the specifications of the scaffold.

Cuplock Ledger is used to make rigid bond to endure uneven site handling. This cuplock ledger is comprised of forged blade end which fits in the bottom cup. Tube size available with us is 48.3 x 3.25mm. Minimum projection of blades evades damages in handing and standardized dimension makes the cup joint rigid.

The range of Intermediate Transom offered by us provides a secure mid-bay support for scaffold boards. This intermediate transom strongly holds the ledgers in their jaw segment and avoids the central bending of the platform boards. All these products are used with hop-up brackets. You can avail these products from us with the tube size of 48.3 x 3.25mm

This Cuplock Diagonal Brace is made with swivel blades at both ends; these are inserted between the top cup and the bottom for diagonal bracing of scaffolding structure to evade twist. The entire assortment of diagonal brace is used in steel construction and steel cables due to their great resistance to tension. We make these tubes available to the clients in 48.3 x 2.30mm sizes.

This Board bracket is incorporated into O section for placing scaffold boards and is linked with the cup joint so that the brackets are rightly located. These board brackets are offered with cuplock joint to accept horizontals.
