These systems are mainly a modular system along with wedge fitting for all access scaffold requirements. This system uses V-pressing at every interval and wedge to give fast, simple and rigid 4 way vertical fixing to place and lock all components together. The entire range of scaffold systems finds applications in building and construction industries, offshore construction, ship building and industrial maintenance.

The Kwikstage Standard/Vertical is constructed with a spigot and “V” pressings welded at regular intervals in order to give location points for the ledgers and transoms. These fittings are widely used to form the vertical or upright support for both access and propping. Our wide range includes two types of kwikstage standards, spigot or open-ended.

Kwikstage Ledger is horizontal component of the scaffold system also recognized as protecting rails. Ledgers are fit into the upper “V” Pressings and are used to support frameworks. Different sizes are available with us to meet the precise requirements of frameworks.

This type of Return transom provides a safe mid-bay support for scaffold boards by putting them at different levels horizontally from one ledger to another. These transoms are used along with “V” pressing on the verticals fixing the inner and outer verticals diagonally to make a frame.

This Diagonal Bracing is welded at all ends to provide V pressing with the standards. These diagonal braces are extensively used for forming the facade bracing. This type of bracing is diagonally placed from one ledger to another for diagonal bracing of scaffolding structure to evade twist.

The Scaffolding Bracket provides the framework for planks to create a comfortable working platform. These brackets ensures strong, secure & lightweight suspended scaffold and ensures excellent durability. This type of brackets finds applications in areas where access is needed ahead of main scaffold for working.

This End Toe Board Bracket is placed in the ”V” pressing at the end of the scaffolding, offering toe board support to the corners. These broad brackets are vertically placed and ensure hassle free performance. Ideal for scaffolding systems, these brackets can be availed in weight: 1.300 kg from us.
